Rosie was there to assist us every step of the way. She made herself available for inspections when I was unable to be there. Closing on a home from a distance (Houston) could have been stressful. She alleviated all of the anxiety that my husband & I could have experienced in this transaction. Our contract closing date was 08/14/2024. We missed it by a single day, through no fault of her own.
