Rose is wonderful to work with. She cares about her clients and goes above and beyond. She helped me rent out my home in less than 48 hours on the market, and she also took a full day out of her busy schedule to show my parents, who were visiting fromCalifornia, a number of homes all across Austin (she drove us to each location). She has so much patience, and she doesn’t push you like a lot of folks in this industry might do. Definitely highly recommend her! :)

Rose Sawyer is the epitome of what a real estate agent should be. She is very knowledgeable about the entire process of buying and selling property. We felt completely confident in her abilities. She sold our condo quickly at a very competitive price and was in continual communication with us the entire time. We never had a question about what to do next. Rose prepared us thoroughly and followed through. She has excellent negotiating skills which helped us get the best price for our property. I highly recommend her!

We are now in our new home for almost 2 weeks.Thank you Rose Beer for helping us through the maze of buying and selling our home!Yes, it is true that we closed on both homes on the same day and moved the next day.I cant say enough about how wonderful Rose was helping navigate through the transaction. Rose got the job done quickly and efficiently! at first I was working with a different realtor to place a tenant in my east side duplex. They took several months and couldnt get it done. Rose took less than a week to get a great quality tenat. I 100% recommend using her.

If you know Austin, you may understand this crazy market, but if you have not been searching for a home, you have no idea how tough the market is for buyers. I am so thankful to have found Rose through a friend who relocated to Austin. I also relocated from AZ to work for Tesla. From the moment I called Rose, she spent an hour explaining the market, areas of interest, multiple offers situation, etc. Once I landed in Austin, she was ready to show me a bunch of homes around town. I ended up buying a house near the Giga Factory and I am very pleased! Rose is absolutely the best! I love her accent too!
