Ron & Becky Barber recently sold my moms house for me. They met with us to discuss things before we listed and made recommendations to us. After they listed the house, they quickly began scheduling showings which resulted in us having several offers within the first week. Their professionalism in guiding us through the process (even though we were not local) made the entire sale quick and smooth. We were thankful he was able to be there for the closing, guiding us through the process and quickly producing any needed paperwork. The start of my home search was a nightmare trying to find a realtor who actually had my best interest in mind. From day one Ron went above and beyond to help me find a property that was a fit for me and my family. He help walk me through the process and worked closely with my lender to insure that we were all on the same page. He moved quickly once I was ready to make an offer. Not only did he work around my schedule to show me properties he was always available to answer questions. Needless to say I’ll never have a problem sending his contact information to anyone I know because I know they will be taken care of. We had an absolute nightmare scenario with our home purchase. Ron and Becky helped us turn it into a dream every step of the way. Took almost 3 or 4 months to close on this house and we were in DFW purchasing a house almost 2 hours away. Ron and Becky kept us in the loop on updates on everything. Despite headaches with old liens on the property and everything else that popped up, I never experienced a single frustrated/annoyed moment come out of either of them.Utmost professionalism, extreme friendliness, and definitely willing to go the extra mile (our case was an extra 100 miles) to make sure we were taken care of.
