If you keep breathing for many years, the day will come when you have to turn your care over to someone else. I hit that marker last July, 2023, Im an old lady, and for sake of my daughter and grandchildren, my goal was to sell and move before school started last fall, Sept. 2023. Roland Garcia understood my plan, took it upon himself, tweeked a few things around the house, trimmed the lawn, took pictures and had it on the market in a matter of days. He had it sold by mid August; he guided me through the whole process from beginning to end and made the whole experience stress free and understandable. If there were more stars on this page, I would check all of them, so if you are buying or selling, this trustworthy man knows how to do it, can guide you thorough and get it done. I have been waiting to write this review 😊😊!!!! THE BEST REALTOR YOU CAN FIND. I highly recommend him without any reservations. I was browsing FB and I saw this advertisement so I saved his number. I was skeptical since I wasn’t referred to him and normally we tend to look for people recommended realtors but I went ahead and gave him the call which turn out to be the best decision I made. Once, I spoke with Mr. Garcia he made arrangements and did lots of showings but couldn’t please all my family members (we are a complicated family 😂😂😂😂). Mr. Garcia knew exactly what we needed in a home for our crazy family, and he took us for the last home showing for that day. I promise you once we entered into the door every single person in my family loved the house. It’s like he designed it for us to meet every single person need. The process of buying a home is not an easy but I assure you, if you go with him you will get to the finish line and you will be informed with the process every step of the way. Every question I asked he answered and if he didn’t know which is very rarely, he would find out within minutes. Every request I made, he did for us which he was super accommodating, super efficient, honest with lots and lots of integrity.
