Robin was referred to us by a friend and was definitely the best agent we could have found. She helped us to sell our home in Portland and to purchase a new home on Padre Island. Because my husband worked out of town at the time, it was a difficult situation but Robin always made it better for us. I would send her a list of houses to see, at the last minute when my husband would be home, and she would make herself available to show them to us in the limited time we had.She was able to negotiate a good price for our Portland home and made the purchase of our new home very easy. Robin is very knowledgeable about the Texas real estate rules and regulations and would always give us all the information we needed to make a decision. In addition, she was very caring and honest.Without her help, I dont know if I would have ever found a home because it was overwhelming trying to do it without my husband.I would highly recommend Robin to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Robin is the best!! If you are looking for a realtor, I would recommend Robin Orchard. Selling my home I thought would be stressful and upsetting. She answered my questions, explained decisions I needed to make, was a huge help. I would definitely recommend her to everyone.
