Rishan is kind, thoughtful, and most importantly professional. From the very beginning she anticipated every need, made recommendations, and assured the process was moving forward. She called city managers, tax officials and others to make sure the process was moving and she did it without me having to ask. She has a list of equally professional mortgage, insurance, CPA, title and other referrals that are amazingly, as good as she is. Being the spouse of a military man she personally knows that side of the relocation business as well. Even if you are relocating to Dallas, speak to her first to make sure you are connected to the right people there. She connected me with a great mortgage broker there, and like her, I will never go anywhere else. I have purchased many properties in my lifetime and none have gone this fast or smooth.
