She was professional, determined, and worked very hard to market and show the house until the sale was completed. Kelsie Rasure was truly exceptional. We met her through two of our close friends as she was the realtor for both of them. We only heard great things! So when we were selling our home and buying our next home we contacted her for help. We were very impressed with her level of knowledge and quick response to all our questions and we were so happy we chose her!Kelsie’s responsiveness was always prompt! We asked her so many questions at all times of the day. I’m so grateful for her patience, knowledgeable, and kindly worded responses.Kelsie ALWAYS kept our best interest in mind. She would talk us through different scenarios and advised us things we would have never seen ourselves. One of the homes we toured was great but the backyard was facing an apartment building and they could see right into our backyard. With a child, we would not have wanted that but did not notice the issue until she pointed it out. That’s just one example of things she sees that a home buyer may not. She also connected us with a contractor she personally uses to give us a quote on some remodeling on a potential home we wanted to purchase. She has connections to people she trusts if you are in need of things for your home. Kelsie also has an eye for design she has been doing this her whole adult career. She is passionate, smart, helpful and treats you like a close friend.She was also always on the ball with all of our open houses and setting up appointments to have our house toured. With the purchase of our new home, she handled all paperwork and contacted all the needed people sometimes daily for us. She never missed a beat. I’m so glad she kept our best interest and helped us save money too! We will never use anyone else and we will recommend her to all our friends! I wouldn’t trust anyone else to get the job done the way she did. She become our friend too!

If you are looking for a realtor and a real estate group to work with, you cant go wrong with RISE! My wife and I were fortunate enough to get in touch with Kirsten Jones in our search for a home. From the first day we met, Kirsten treated us more like old friends or even family, instead of a client looking for realty services. Kirsten went way, WAY above and beyond what we would have expected and experienced in the past from other Real Estate agents. From answering my hundreds of questions to double checking on the things for us, explaining the process and calling to check up on how things were going or if we needed anything, she even offered to help us pack if we needed! Even now, 2 weeks after the closing day Kirsten still checks up on us to see if we need anything and how the move is going! That is true dedication and passion for her work.
