I was casually looking for property online until I stumbled on Richard’s website. His site was populated with properties for sale which wasn’t listed on other sites likes Zillow, trulia, etc. I sent him a message about a certain property not listed anywhere else and he responded quickly about my inquiry and what I was looking for. He immediately got to work on the property which he helped me get at the end. His enthusiasm, attention to detail and work ethic was excellent and he kept in constant contact with me to notify about any updates/deadlines. Richard goes out of his way to ensure that your reality experience goes smoothly without any headaches. I wholeheartedly recommend Richard to anyone who is looking for a realtor.

Working with Richard was such a pleasure! He is incredibly knowledgeable in his field and was an amazing asset while navigating a home sale in a complex and drawn out probate matter. He took his time to be sure that I was always prepared and understood the process every step of the way. Even though I was an out of town seller, he made things easy and regularly went above and beyond the call of duty. After receiving several letters from Richard detailing his experience and expertise in working with people to sell properties in probate for estates, I decided to use him as my realtor. It was one of the best sales experiences I’ve encountered. He was very responsive and provided a weekly update on items to be addressed and those completed. I do not live near where the property was located and had complete confidence in Richard keeping an eye on the home and and it’s security. He had an ample supply of contacts to use in making repairs and made the arrangements to have the repairs completed. He provided good comps in arriving at a sales price and best options for marketing the home. It sold in less than 48 hours at the list price! Richard’s experience is outstanding and I would recommend him to anyone looking to sell their home in the area.

He helped me sell my deceased dads home. Both of my parents died in different states in the same week and I was in shock. It was very hard to think and deal with selling the house. I did contact a person that does those investor sales but I did not know if this is someone I could trust. I felt better working with an agent who specializes in probate sales.He was very helpful and direct in his communication. He did not talk down to me or make me feel like I was dumb for not understanding real estate stuff. I have never bought nor sold a home before so this was very new to me. He also got me a higher sale price in the end than Id have gotten had I gone with the investor guy.I really appreciate his help and am very glad I picked him to sell my deceased dads home in Texas! He did things like change locks and help sell my dads car etc which I was not sure how to from another state. I believe he is a honest man you can trust!

Mr. Womeldorf came highly recommended and made us feel like family. As out-of-state sellers, he continuously kept us informed, and when we had questions, he took the time to answer our questions. He never made us feel like we were imposing on his time. Mr. Womeldorf has excellent knowledge, and he educated us on the process of selling properties in Texas. He went above and beyond what was expected, knowing that the property had sentimental value. He personally and quickly managed all our wishes, such as aerial views of the property, and assisted us in securing appraisers. We have already told our friends and family how wonderful the experience was working with Mr. Womeldorf.
