We found a house we thought we might be interested in. We called Richard and he was willing to show it to us even though it was after 5:00. We liked the house and decided to put in an offer. Richard was very helpful in getting the offer in and helping us get all the paperwork done. Very professional and very personable! It was a smooth transition from start to finish!
