Richard is incredible! Could not recommend him enough. Richard is extremely professional, knowledgeable and passionate. He goes out of his way to work around his clients schedule. Over the course of 4 months my wife and I toured countless homes. Richard always gave honest feedback, pointing out both positives and negatives about each home and never pressured us to make any decision. He made the effort to understand our style/wants and would send us personalized recommendations. Richard helped my wife and I get our dream home. He was an excellent negotiator and communicator, helping us secure the home with multiple offers in play. Richard is not only a great realtor, but person.
