We put our house on the market and moved out of state. Our house sat on the market for months with only one offer . We fired our realtor after realizing that she wasn’t doing her job.We then hired April Parker and she was amazing. Selling your home from out of state is stressful, but so relieved when she started just doing small things to help us out… for instance putting covers over our outside water spigots due to an upcoming freeze. Our last realtor would have made us hire someone to do that.Our home was shown more in 3 weeks than the combined months that it just sat there. Thankfully our house sold in less than a month!Buying or selling a home is super stressful, but making sure you have the right person is essential. Our biggest regret is that we didn’t hire April right at the beginning.She is absolutely the best one out there!
