As you know, purchasing a home can be very stressful with feelings of uncertainty, not to mention purchasing a home in a different state other than the one you reside. Regina made the home buying process smooth and stress free. She traveled all the way out to Greenville to show us houses. We would inform her of homes we were interested in and within hours she already had a tour time for that same day. She was amazing to work with and was willing to do anything in her power to get us everything we needed. Even after closing she is available to assist us with any further questions we have. She is simply amazing and if we ever decide to move again she will be my first call.

We have had the privilege of working with Regina Layman. She has been, by far, the best realtor we have ever worked with. She has been quick to answer our questions and get answers to questions from the title company, builder, etc. I admit to being a little “extra” at times (I have lived enough life to know what I want in my home at this point,) and Regina delivered with the homes she showed to us as they met all of the criteria I had specified. I recommend you run, not walk, to use her as your realtor whether your are buying or selling a home.
