Fantastic realtor! I just got married and inherited a stepson, so was ready to buy our first home together. Im a super detailed person and all my previous realtors over the years would never get into the details, important ones, like I would. Rebecca far exceeded my expectations, giving all the information I wanted plus a whole lot more, stuff I had never thought of but was very important. She said thats their job, but none of my numerous other realtors came close. She also was hard-nosed in negotiating and combined with my stubbornness got a significant discount on a very nice home. She was always very responsive and accommodating. We never had to wait long to see a home. Shes also a cool person and easy to talk to. We will use her again for our next home.

I had been looking for a home to buy for over a year. During the time I looked, three different realtors “helped me”. I tried to make it easy for them, by telling them exactly what I was looking for. They all sent me listing for whatever was close to what I wanted, but not what I wanted. Finally, I was ready to give up, then I saw a listing and emailed the realtor that I was very interested in the posted listing. Rebecca Deering replied, and said sorry but that listing is sold, but there is another just like the one I like available. Rebecca sent me the info, and I asked her to make an offer on the property. The offer was less than what the buyer was asking, do I didn’t think my offer would stand. Rebecca must have convinced the buyer to except the offer, and within a month I was the proud owner of the home I had been searching for a long, long time. If you are looking for your dream home, have Rebecca find it for you. She is awesome to work with.
