Dora is an amazing realtor. She helped me through the entire process of us purchasing our first home. At one point I was very frustrated, but Dora been the great person that she is talk me down, calm me down and help me through my frustration. Even after we closed on our home Dora was still there, making sure that we were happy with our purchased and everything. Dora is excellent at her job and I would recommend Everyone I know that is looking to purchase or sale their home. Dora you are the best!! I fist obtained my real estate license in 1984 and I know a lot of agents - including friends and family. However, when I met Dora, I knew I wanted her to represent me in selling my house. Real estate laws constantly change, the market is volatile, and your agent is the most important part of the process. Dora will guide you throughout the entire process. Dora understands staging, advertising, and most importantly, the laws. I followed her lead. We went live on MLS on a Friday and she held an open house that weekend. I received 4 offers the first week, but Dora wanted to hold an open house the following weekend. Because of her insight and knowledge, my house sold and closed for top dollar in less than 3 weeks. Please do yourself a favor and hire Dora as your agent. Working with family doesn’t always turn out well! -
