A few years after our purchase, when we decided to build our dream house on land, we went straight to Jason. He sold our house for a great price and helped us with all the builder issues we ran into. Jason Kramer was our realtor. This was our first house to buy which was a learning experience.. along with moving from another state. From the first day we met Jason, he was relaxed, easy going, honest, and knowledgeable. We could haven’t asked for better.He would respond to texts/questions almost immediately. He was not pushy and was willing to wait until we found “the one”. Not only did he know his stuff, he knew the lending process, and got us in touch with an angel loan officer that made the process basically seamless.We highly recommend Jason!! Not one complaint!

Jason really made this process a lot easier for me, we told him what we were expecting for location, what type of home we were looking for, and he did the research. I had little time to look and buy but he was very flexible to my busy schedule and didnt waste my time on home I shouldnt look at. We saw around 25 homes in two weeks, bought and moved by week six. Very happy with this process and I would highly recommend Jason.

He responded immediately to texts, never told us he was busy, and was always happy to show us houses (even the houses he knew we wouldn’t like.) He was patient knowledgeable, and informative. We never felt pressured or coerced into buying something we weren’t completely happy with! Throughout the closing process, Jason stuck by our side and guided us along the way.

Was interested in a property they had listed but I felt it wasn’t maintained well enough to be asking that much in rent. When you go look at a $2500 rental property you don’t expect the first thing you see to be overgrown bushes and rotting fences.
