I would like to say that I was very pleased with the assistance I got selling my house. I will say I have used two others agents before using Jason Downs and thought things were good. After this last sell I have a much different opinion. One thing I did like was, he was always available after hours if I had any questions. I will say he handled everything professional. I’m going to definitely use him for my next purchase.

Jason Downs made the selling of my property a painless experience. He was available every time I called and was dedicated to making this process as seamless as possible. He was very patient and informative in all aspects of the transaction . Jason has resources like affordable surveyors and he was willing to make numerous trips to the property to get the job done. Overall there is not one thing i can say that he was not 100% helpful with.Thank you Jason!

My Dad truly helps people all the time, and his clients always become friends if they aren’t already.I highly recommend my Dad to help you buy or sell Real Estate, just about anywhere in the world. He has been in Real Estate longer than I have been alive, all he does is talk about Real Estate, unless it’s family time.
