I wish I could give 6 stars! ⭐️After two years of searching for the perfect home, I finally found my dream house—an incredible 1944 gem. But… the sellers were unreasonable. The house needed a lot of structural work (we’re talking foundation repairs, a new roof, and more), but the sellers refused to budge.Enter Raydean: my absolute saving grace. As a first-time homebuyer, I had no idea what I was getting into, but Raydean’s wisdom, especially when it comes to historic homes, was priceless. She knew exactly what kind of work a house like this would require, and when it became clear the sellers weren’t going to play ball, I knew I had to walk away.And then, like the pro she is, she kept on them about the repairs. Eventually, they caved—fixing everything from the foundation to the roof, and even replacing the water heater! Raydean handled all the legwork, getting quotes and fixing the contract, making sure I was fully protected.On top of all that, she’s a Cleburne expert! She gave me the best recommendations for local spots I wouldn’t have known about otherwise. Honestly, there’s nothing she can’t do. If you want someone who’s got your back and will go to bat for you every step of the way, Raydean is your person. I can’t recommend her enough!

Speaking with Raydean to find the home of my dreams was the best choice in my home buying experience, I told her everything I loved and my price range and she showed me the most lovely homes! She went above and beyond to make my home buying experience the best possible, she answered every question I had and relieved me of any concerns.
