Ratana is absolutely the most patient and professional realtor that I have ever met. She stayed one step ahead on everything that needs to get done in order for me to own my first home. Wow! Ratana made buying a house such a breeze! I was new to home buying, and have heard horror stories from friends and family about terrible agents. Ratana was professional and personal! She never made me feel uncomfortable and helped me every step of the way!Ratana also explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from making the offer, to working with the mortgage banker and everyone involved with the process of the loan. This made it really easy to move into my beautiful, newly constructed home in Ennis, Texas-in less than 2months. It was definitely AMAZING!
