Being that I was a first-time investor, I was extremely picky and had tons of questions. Josh makes it a point to answer every single question you may have. If he doesnt know the answer he will do whatever he needs to to find it. He bent over backwards to find me the right property and even when we found it, he busted his butt to secure the deal which took a lot of constant negotiating. He may be new to real estate but he is very quickly becoming extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend him for any of your real estate needs! I know Ill be using him again and probably soon!
