Randi is the best realtor in Austin! We were first time homebuyers and having a hard time looking for houses before Randi. She was able to get us into a new housing development we had been trying to get into for awhile. She was wonderful guiding us throughout the whole process of buying new construction. When we decided to move to Austin from Minneapolis, we knew we needed some help. We found Randi from her Youtube channel and instantly enjoyed her personality and knowledge of the city.Considering how crazy the Austin market is right now, it was really impressive how quickly Randi would get back to us. If we had a question or concern she would usually respond within a couple hours. We were only renting, but she treated us like we were buying, and we really appreciated that.It was also great knowing we had someone fighting for us. She reviewed all of the leases we applied to in detail, which consequently saved us from making the wrong decision on the first property we chose. She also handled all the communications between the management company which saved us a lot of work.Coming from out of state, Randi also made us feel like we were touring the homes ourselves in-person. Her 360 camera was extremely helpful for both the initial walk-throughs and also the final property condition documentation.Overall we couldnt be happier with our decision to go with Randi. Well definitely be using her again when we purchase a home!

Randi is an excellent real estate agent and we’d highly recommend her to anyone looking for an agent in Austin! She is incredibly thorough, responsive, and passionate about her job. Our home search ended up taking about a year with long pauses given how we were feeling about the crazy Austin market. She was very patient with us during this entire time, keeping us informed on market updates without being pushy at all. When we finally found the house she did a great job at negotiating and made the transaction go so smoothly. We are thrilled with our home purchase and would definitely use her again for any future real estate needs!

Randi was extremely helpful, thorough and knowledgeable for us buying a house in Austin. We were moving back to the US from abroad because an addition to our family and she was incredibly helpful even before we got to Austin. She did multiple virtual tours for us remotely and we felt comfortable enough to try and buy a house sight unseen because of her work. Given the current world situation with COVID contributing to low inventory and high demand she was great at helping us make competitive offers and understand the market in the neighborhoods we wanted to live in. I would highly recommend Randi if you are searching for a house in Central Austin.

There are not enough words to describe how amazing our experience with Randi was! I found her on YouTube in 2020 when we were starting to plan our move from the east coast to TX. Randi was so helpful from our first messages to our closing date. We built new construction and started the process in before we even moved to TX. Randi White is Austin’s best Realtor! We have long been interested in buying in Central Austin and found a “tear down” house and property perfect for us, however it was under contract. We communicated to the owner that we would be interested if the current deal fell through. On a Saturday morning, the owner called and said the house was available again and he would sell to us if we could close by Wednesday and met his price. (Many other offers were waiting). While we had the funds, we needed a Realtor! Thankfully, we contacted Randi and she sprang into action! Closings are always stressful, so you could imagine what it was like to close in 4 days! Randi worked nonstop communicating with the seller’s Realtor, the title company, the survey company and the escrow officer. She made sure we understood the significance of forgoing an inspection and provided excellent literature for our review. Communication via text, email and phone was excellent and she really seemed to enjoy making this deal happen. As a result, we now own our perfect property in a perfect location – thanks to a perfect Realtor!

Randi truly took away a lot of that stress. We LOVED working with Randi to find our home in Austin. We’re relocating from New York and Randi expertly guided us through a rapidly changing real estate market from halfway across the country. She patiently fielded our many questions and was full of so many helpful insights about neighborhoods, local infrastructure plans, Austin specific property laws and so much more. We toured around 20 houses while in town for a few days and she didn’t bat an eye when our toddler chatted through ALL OF IT. She educated us and advocated for us through the complicated offer process and connected us with local experts along the way. She listened to our wishes, even as they changed. We never felt pressured to make a decision, spend beyond our budget, or compromise on what we were looking for. Randi is a TOP Realtor. We were moving from California to Austin (buying a 2nd home). We needed a knowledgeable understanding realtor to help us with the transition. Randi has a series of videos that we stumbled upon on YouTube that tell about the different residential areas in Texas and we called her after watching a few of her videos. Randi educated us on our new city and was a super great negotiator (really helpful thru 2 tough escrows) side note I am a lender and my girl is a realtor. Randi is a great realtor, pick Randi and rest easy that you are in good hands.

Randi did an excellent job in listing and getting my house ready during the recent market transition from sellers market to buyers market. I had contacted several agents about doing the listing and she was first to do an analysis and made use of modern technology on what the property looked like and what it will take to make it a showcase which did happen. The house had been a rental for 20 years and showed it and needed a ton of work. Anytime I had doubts and concerns they were always put to rest after a phone call. I was very happy with the outcome of my real estate sale .
