What impressed me the most was her willingness to set aside her own schedule to meet with me. Selling a home can be a nervous process for anyone homeowner, but going with Julie made all the difference.

She helped me find movers so I could move into a retirement community. She made sure the sale of my house went off with out any problems. We have been blessed by our realtor Mark Richards, he is very knowledgeable, honest and goes above and beyond to help. We are relocating and building out of state, we had no idea where to start. Mark has walked us through the entire process and will stay with us until the house is completed in November. He has also volunteered to check on the building process and FaceTime us to make sure everything is going smoothly. He has given us peace of mind and for that we are extremely grateful. I cant say enough good things about how great Julie Richards is. We were supposed to close on the 31st and the new house on the 1st. Problems arose where the HOA certificate and they said they couldnt close before the 6th. Julie stepped up to the plate and made sure that everybody had their paperwork and even negotiated with the movers on my behalf. The title company finally got everything they needed and we ended up closing on the 31st. If I hadnt been for Julie this would not have happened. She is really terrific. I will definitely recommend her to anybody who is going to buy a house.
