Our Realtor was Stephanie Nelson. From the first time meeting Stephanie we really liked her and felt very at ease with her. She was referred to us by a lady at church. Stephanie was very professional, but friendly, easy to talk too & outgoing. We could tell immediately why our friend recommended her! She helped us figure out what kind of house we really wanted because we were all over the place and didn’t really know. She was always in contact with us about new houses to see and would share the good & bad of each place we saw, so we could make a good decision.We backed out of one contract because we decided it was to far out and Stephanie was very good about it and said she wanted us to love our house and if that wasn’t it the right one would come along. We decided to do a Lease Back with the owners of our new house and she convinced us to do a contract incase something wrong that it would be in writing and protect us. We would absolutely use Stephanie again and would refer her to anyone looking for a home!Lisa & Jonathan Pitts

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience with Stephanie Nelson at Prime Properties! She was extremely knowledgeable of Fort Bend County and listened to all our needs, wants, and pricing desires. We spent a long time looking for just the right house and she was very patient and understanding throughout the entire process. She helped make purchasing our first home together as a couple an enjoyable experience and even memorable. We love our home and are thankful we had such a great agent on our side!
