Throughout the buying and building process of our new home in Manor, this team has been nothing short of Co-Pilots with our best interest in mind at all times. They provided us with a buyers checklist to start that outlined key points we should be aware of in the buying/building process and things we should consider at those points. I used Prachi and MJ for not only the purchase of a newly built home, but also for the sale of the old one. It was a long process in helping to find options for lots and neighborhoods, but when we finally found it, they helped throughout the build process and guided through all the changes in the process (it had been over 20 years since our last new build!). Once that was done, it was on to selling the old house and they were honest and straightforward with the ins/outs of prepping the house for the sale. They were also helpful with negotiating side of things when a buyer made an offer. I appreciated them hanging in there throughout the buying/selling process and I would highly recommend them.
