Wendy was my agent when I was shopping for a home in Rockport, TX in 2020. She was very organized with the showings, rarely back tracking if at all on our routes. During the showings she was informative and pointed areas of the homes that a professional inspector could verify. She was cognoscente of social distancing and protective equipment. She even had sanitizer for me to use.She was very knowledgeable about the VA loan process and provided materials for me to consider about many things I had not previously thought of regarding buying a home.I decided to purchase a new build. I was slightly anxious having never purchased a home and more so being this one was still under construction.Wendy was great! She communicated with me throughout every phase of the process. She talked with the listing agent to coordinate times for me to see the progress of the house and also to pick the finishes and specific items I wanted installed.At closing she was there to help with any questions that arose at title and to let me know the next steps in the process. After signing she gave me some more very helpful information about being a new homeowner.I would recommend Wendy without hesitation and will use her if I sell and when I buy my next home.
