Absolutely amazing. We lost our mother, who died at the young age of 46. My sibling and I were 26, 24, 16. It was so hard to cope with just that, let alone probate, and her estate...it was overwhelming. Penny took us in hand, less than a month after we came to her it was sold, for way more than we could have ever hoped for. She really cared about us, not as numbers, but as people who were grieving and needed help. She made it so easy, took us step by step, including texting us when we were lost. I wish I could give more than five stars!! -
