I decided to give Paul a shot after another agent had my house on the market for four months with little to nothing done. I just googled the top performing realtors in El Paso and his name appeared among the top five on realtor.com. On reading his profile, I was impressed by his record and approach to marketing.On taking up my listing, Paul advised me to arrange and have the house cleaned just to make it look neat and presentable. One thing I noticed immediately with Paul is the number of people who had appointments to view my listings increased tremendously. Just to compare, with Paul my house had over seven showings within one month while the previous agent had four showings in a span of four months.Pauls marketing was just on a different level.Immediately within one month of Paul taking my house, I entered into a contract with a buyer to sell the house.House was sold way before my contract with Paul ended.As a new home buyer/seller, I highly recommend the services of Paul.He is quick in communication (he creates a sms group with all parties in the contract), provides advise that aligns with your goal as a seller and works around the clock to make sure your house is marketed.Thank you Paul.

Paul helped us sell our house in El Paso. From the start he was extremely professional and thorough. He emailed us a report with the proposed listing price based on comparable sales. He had a professional photographer come take pictures of the house as well as a drone. He hosted an open house as well. The house was under contract after about 10 days. Paul walked us through each step of the way after that until close. I would highly recommend his services if you’re in need of a professional real estate agent.

Professional and accommodating. Doesnt add fees above commission like is becoming common for other agents. Seriously, some agents are charging more above commission for enhanced marketing tools like digitally staging furniture in your house. Anyway, if you choose a Real Estate agent over a Realtor, you are wrong. If you choose a Realtor other than Paul, you didnt pick the best one. Thanks again, Paul, for thr full asking price sale!
