    Paul was amazing. He made the progress of buying my first house so easy. He was very patient and shoots you straight. He wont pressure you or lead you the wrong way.     I met Paul after during the open house showing of my home for sale. At first, it was just pleasant conversation about how things were going in the process of purchasing our new home. We talked for about 20 minutes and then parted ways.A few days later, I was in talks with a few preferred lenders from our homebuilder as they were offering financial incentives for using them in conjunction with the new home builder. I was overwhelmed with information and just had a not-so-great feeling. Most of it wasnt explained very thoroughly and both lenders assured me I had the best deal. I couldnt understand why the best deals werent adding up to what I had thought. Paul had left a few flyers at our house during the open house. I picked one up, reviewed it and decided to give him a call.Paul was able to quickly set up a Zoom meeting and explain everything in great detail. Paul went over his companys options as well as the preferred lender options in great detail and with care. Paul spent over an hour with me on a Zoom call breaking down and helping me fully understand the pros and cons of each option.Unfortunately, due to the preferred lenders incentives, Paul could not be competitive enough even though he would have been far more competitive without the incentives. He advised his thoughts on the remaining options and offered to even look over and re-check the figures as we neared closing. This amount of customer service was completely unexpected and was a great blessing.Paul is a great person, resource and teacher. He didnt just tell me what to do; he educated me. He was patient and answered my calls with questions, even after we both agreed that his competition was more in my best financial interest. He also followed up with me several times to make sure I felt good with the route I had taken.Im very sorry that this review is the best I can do for Paul. I will forever be a referral generator and spread the word of this gentleman that, at the end of the day, does it for the clients and not for himself. In the future moves, he will be my first call.Thank you, Paul!
