Patrick Tuttle is the most professional realtor in El Paso, period! I have bought or sold 3 properties with him and I have used other realtors before, several. The service, attention to detail, and his professionalism is second to none. All we had to do was sign up for his services and he did everything. I am not overstating when I say everything. I was buying a new home recently and there were several problems with the realtor on the sellers side. He handle it, trouble shot, and did most all the work for the other realtor to make the deal close on time and with no problems. Who does that and doesnt charge you more. Mr. Tuttle is a very informed Realtor well known & respected in the local real estate business. He handled the sale of a home of a good friend who was very ill and in hospice care, and did a great job. He gave us great help and info of how to profitably prepare her home and then he obtained a buyer in a few days, above listed price. As you would expect, problems arose because of the death of the friend (seller) before closing. He then walked us thru the problems and solutions, and explained the situation to the buyer. The buyer was kept informed by Mr. Tuttle and opted to keep the contract in place until the situation was resolved and was happy to then be able to close on the house.
