My husband and I have been looking for a home for the past couple of years and gone through realtors left and right. We decided to take a break for a few years. Finally, when my husband and I decided to go look at houses again this year 2023, we met Patrick at a open house and he was so professional! I am a first time homebuyer. I met with Ashley and Patrick a few times and let them know what I was interested in before I was ready to purchase. They were constantly checking on me and sending me potential houses. Ashley had let me know about a home that was in my budget and checked all my boxes. The home had not gone live and I was able to get ahead of the game, within days I had put in an offer and the seller had accepted. Ashley was amazing at keeping me up-to-date and breaking down The process for me. The communication and professionalism that they both have is amazing.
