Cannot express my admiration for Patrick enough! Im so picky and have hundreds of questions about the home buying process. Patrick has gone out of his way to get me the answers to all my questions and continues to keep in touch as Im navigating my finances to be ready to purchase a home. He will be my agent for life and get all my referrals!

Patrick was absolutely fantastic every step of the way when we sold our house and bought a new one. Despite both transactions happening around the holidays, and the market being terrible in general, he helped us sell our house for a good price and made the process of buying the new house super easy. Patrick is a very responsive agent who went above-and-beyond to answer our (many) questions in a very timely manner. He also was available to show us houses promptly and never acted like we were bothering him. As an added bonus, he is fun and our 3 year old daughter loved him too. Highly recommend all around!

Patrick is hands down the most detail oriented, honest, and hard working realtor you will EVER meet! Hes not going to sell you something just to sell it and make a buck. He GENUINELY cares about what you want and whats going to work the best for your family. As first time home buyers, I know we had unrealistic expectations at times. Patrick kept it professional, honest, and straight with us. We would use him again 10x over! HIRE PATRICK! YOU WONT REGRET IT!
