Patrick is the perfect person to detail all the things you need to know when buying or selling a home. I have had the pleasure of doing both using Patrick and each time it has gone smoothly. Great communication. Doesnt sugarcoat and always seems to know what his client needs. He treats his clients as more than clients and in retrospect thats what we all want when trying to do something that greatly effects our future!

We purchased a home with Patrick and closed in April. We started our search during the winter time when there were not a lot of homes on the market. Patrick met with us as soon as homes were available to see if it for our criteria. We saw many, many, homes. Patrick sent us disclosures and comps to make sure we were making the right offers. It took us several months till we found the perfect home. With Patrick’s insight and knowledge we were able to negotiate our home at 30k under asking before inspection. Patrick also provided us with an excellent inspector who was very thorough. We were also able to negotiate some concessions with the seller. In addition to all of his real estate expertise, Patrick is an honest person who will not pressure you into purchasing any property. We will be using Patrick again when it’s time to purchase our investment property.

Patrick was a great realtor to have during an unprecedented time like COVID-19. He helped greatly through the process as we had to adapt to changes from start to finish. As a first time home buyer I was happy with his services and would recommend him if you are looking for a home in the greater Austin area.
