WOW! I could write a never ending novel on how exceptional Patricia Gonzalez is! If I could give her a million stars, I would. My husband and I were first time home buyers, and of course we really had little to no knowledge of this process. Not only did Patricia give us all kinds of education, she truly exceeded our expectations, and made this entire process so smooth & even enjoyable! I will recommend Patricia to everyone I know that needs to buy or sell a home. My husband and I are so grateful she was recommended to us by family, so we cant wait to pass someone else along to her! Kim and I were very grateful for Patricia. From day one she had her act together. Theres alot to moving and she takes notes on what you and your wife like and want. Patricia will ask the seller questions I hadnt thought of. Patricia looks out for her clients.

Patricia truly is incredible and we couldn’t have done anything without her. She always had an answer to any question, she was quick to respond to anything, and went above and beyond our expectations. From offering insight to the current market to just giving her personal opinion as well as her profession opinion on the many things that come with purchasing a home, she made this an incredible experience. As a first time home buyer, I was nervous about everything that goes into purchasing a home, and she explained everything (probably multiple times to make sure I got it) in great detail and made sure to keep us in the loop on everything going on. We were building a home, and so she constantly was getting updates on our behalf from the builder, following up when there would be a lack of response from someone, and making sure that we were ready for any inspections, walk throughs, making sure we understood our tax info, got our warranties registered, got our homestead information in, etc. choosing Patricia was the best decision we ever made and we are extremely happy in our new home. She makes everything amazing and goes above and beyond to make sure you get the home of your dreams.

My partner and I have known Patricia for years, and when we decided to get out of the rent race she was the first person we called. She met with us and gave us an idea of what to expect starting out, then every step of the way she helped to make sure that everything was clear and that there was no confusion. If she didn’t have an answer, she reached out to everybody until she got what we needed. Even after closing she still checks out to makes sure that we have no problems! Truly an incredible experience and I would recommend her to anyone searching for a home, she’s the best!
