Pam Wachholz is great! I bought our primary residence with her in 2020 and sold it with her in 2024. And Ill work with her again. Shes someone youll want on your team any time you want a home.

I don’t usually write reviews- but I feel that this one is necessary considering the remarkable customer service that we’ve received:Pam Wachholz is an outstanding realtor!We couldn’t have asked for a better agent! She was a wonderful listener. She paid close attention to our needs and wants for our dream home. Not only did she help us find it, she stayed right by our side through the entire process. Supported us and advocated for us. She works diligently and communicates very well.Pam is extremely knowledgeable and professional. She kept us well informed during the construction of building our home.She’s an absolute delight to be around. She also knew several people in the industry, thus making it easy to facilitate the buying process. Words can’t express our gratitude for Pam.We have lived in our home now for almost a year, and she continues to remind us of things we need to be aware of, and how to accomplish our “to-do” list as first time home buyer’s.Because of her outstanding service- she has also assisted both of my brothers and two of our close friends with selling and buying their new homes!
