Being new to the Plano area meant almost all day house hunting trips over several weekend’s and saw more than 40 homes in person before finding the home we liked. She was there every step of the way right from house hunting trips to inspections and very thankful for her and her team!

There are too many great things to say about Pam. Shes knowledgeable, patient, thoughtful, and strategic. Pam knows her market, knows her clients and works very hard to over deliver. Pam has experience in this business that can only come from seeing it all. Our transaction turned out to be a difficult one, nonetheless, she was professional and worked hard to keep the deal alive when it started to come apart at the seams. The home buying experience was pleasurable and easy because Pam had our best interests at hand at every turn. She started out as a random contact over the internet and ended up becoming a friend/part of the family. Exactly what you want in a realtor and partner as you make such a large investment. She pulled comps, advised us on how to bid, listened to our concerns and did not steer us wrong. We purchased the house having only seen it on zoom calls and it is just as great in person as it was over the internet. If i had to do it all over again, it could only be with Pam.

Pam not only found us our home, but was a help to us in so many ways - above and beyond!! We started looking for a house right at the start of the pandemic and Pam made sure we were comfortable during our home search every step of the way. We quickly found our house on a weekend trip to Dallas, and returned to San Antonio. Pam responded to all of our questions (including multiple texts from my husband) and was boots on the ground for us even giving us a virtual tour of another home we didn’t get to see that she thought might be a consideration. Her work on our behalf ultimately led to us make a confident offer from afar. After the offer was accepted, Pam made multiple trips to the house to check on details and answered countless texts (and many more from my husband). Being a remote buyer coming from Colorado and then having my travel restricted by the pandemic lockdown, I needed a partner on the ground I could trust.
