How do you determine price, updates, repair, clean out and handle the paperwork of selling your parent’s home when they live in Texas and you live in Tennessee? Call the only realtor you have ever worked with that will hold your hand, all the way through, until the job is done.We were fortunate to have Pam Heinrich by our side when we sold our home in Texas and moved to Tennessee. And feel blessed to also consider her a lifetime friend.So when my 90+ yr old Mom finally consented to downsizing her 43 year old home, my first call was to Pam back in Texas. Help! What do we do first? How do I find contractors to do the repairs? How do I determine what repairs are worth doing? How do we get the best sales price? How do we get rid of what my Mom isn’t taking with her? Can we move Mom out before you start showing? PAM IS AWESOME! We met Pam in the waiting room of a doctor’s office. Even while waiting for the doctor she was still taking care of her clients. We knew then that she was the agent we needed to sell my mother-in-law’s house in a few months. When we had the first meeting at the house, she was prepared and had a plan. She walked through the house and recommended repairs/updates that would help the house sell quickly and at a good price. She had a list of people that she recommended to perform the repairs and updates and they were reasonable and timely. A couple of weeks later the house was put on the market and within 48 hours we had 5 offers with two above the asking price! We had a signed contract at the end of 48 hours. From the signing to the closing she made sure everything was done in a timely manner to assure the sale was completed. From contract signing to closing was only 24 days. The Pam Heinrich Home Team are hands down - the best real estate team in the Dallas Plano area !!My husband and I were moving from CT to TX and the market was beyond hot. Houses were listing on on Thursday, with showings on Friday, Saturday and by Sunday the homeowners were calling for final and best offers.My family had a short window - 6 days - of time in TX where we wanted to see everything on the market in our price range, visit the suburbs around the Dallas/Plano area and find our forever home. Pam and Taylor rushed to put together a tight itinerary where we were able to visit 13 homes in 1 day through 6 different towns. Day 2 we visited 3 more homes!Pam and Taylor knew we were travelling to see homes with our 2 pre-teen kids and they arrived fully prepared with an abundant basket filled with snacks! and a cooler filled with drinks and lunch stops planned. Pam has been my agent for 6 years now. My husband and I wanted to move to Allen and we were not having good luck with the search. Not only was she able to meet our expectations, but she went above and beyond to help us find a home for our family. The experience was not stressful, which was a big relief for me because at the time we had a 5 year old and a newborn. So letting her take the stress of searching was an absolutely wonderful experience. Also, a few years later after we had our third child, she was at it again for us! Pam was wonderful to work with even though she was our second agent. We met by accident when I called on a rental since we were having no luck getting a contract with our then current agent. She suggested several marketing strategies to have our current agent use. After that Brandi and I decided to go with Pam as our agent and it was the best decision we ever made. We had made over a 100 offers over list price prior to her helping us and she made the promise that she would have us in a house with in 6 offers. And on our fifth one we got it at list. She is very passionate and thorough about real estate. She called from Mexico on her vacation to make sure our deal was closing. She may ask a lot of questions and expect you to get your ducks in a row but it is only so she can do the best job she can for you. I would recommend her to any one I know she is a pleasure to work with.Update: We have now worked with her on 2 other occasions to sell the first one she helped us buy which didnt sit long on the market. And to purchase our 2 home. She worked her magic 3 times for us and we will only use in the future for our house selling and buying needs. To top it off she belped my wife land a job in Allen where we live. She is AWESOME!

Imran helped me sell my house 9 months ago and then buy again a couple of weeks ago. My experience with Imran was fabulous. He sold my house in practically no time back when the market was not so hot and helped buy a house recently when the market was so hot that you had to be lucky to get an offer accepted. More importantly, Imran impressed me not only with his professionalism but also with his creativity in solving problems as they came up. Both my sell and purchase processes were fairly complicated with a lot of moving pieces but Imran handled it with aplomb!
