Simply put, Ozzy is the best. I have been in the Army for 16 years and moved across the country multiple times, but I have never been so supported through the home buying process as I was working with Ozzy. Ozzy Silva, what a professional real estate agent and just what I was hoping to find : honest, trustworthy and proficient.I had been wanting to sell my house for quite some time and the major drawback was finding a real estate agent who was honest and that I could trust. I recently had the pleasure of working with Ozzy Silva, who is truly the best realtor I could’ve worked with. I was very nervous about the home buying process in this highly volatile market, but, from the first meeting with him, i felt very comfortable. His easygoing demeanor made it very simple for me to express my concerns about the market, and also to articulate what I was looking for in a house, what area, and price range. Ozzy truly listened and understood my requests. He understood how extremely important it was for me to not go over my price range. Ozzy always demonstrated extensive knowledge of the house market, as well as great knowledge of each of the houses we toured. His communication skills were exceptional.
