Norma (and her team) expertise on the island market is evident, that she gets her sales done.Her ability to manage the sale, and her professional reputation is why we bought our 1st beachfront house from her and sold one from her.Her negotiation skills are first rate, she consistently found ways to get us our best deals.Shes always my recommendation to other buyers/sellers.Selling and buying is so stressful and I dont think you can get away from it, but you can help yourself with experts like Norma.

We knew what we wanted, but did not know the Island well and Norma expertly and patiently guided us through the process. She really went the extra mile, turning up properties that were not currently listed and doing some detective work to help us understand the various properties we liked. As a long time resident, she has deep insight into the various parts of the island. She was always quick to respond to any questions we had after we did our tours and made an offer.
