Nneka has been stellar throughout this entire process. The level of confidence that she instilled from the get go was a balm to my spirit. Shes extremely professional, detailed and knowledgeable. She used her experience to expertly guide us every step of the way and when we panicked she reassured us. She allowed us to make the final decision but made herself available if we had questions. Shes such a detailed and thorough individual that even if you missed something shell catch it. When things went awry and we started to feel the pressure she was there to smooth things over and keep the ball rolling. She was able to walk me through the process of selling my home. She did not disappoint and went well above my expectations. I work out of town and did not have a lot of free time. Nneka was able to my answer all my questions and provided updates so I felt included with all showings and open houses she held. Listing photos and descriptions were very professional and detailed.
