My wife and I are first time home buyers from out of state and had no idea where to start with the home buying process. A close family friend is a realtor in our home state and interviewed multiple realtors in Texas for us and recommended that we go with Nitin and we are glad that we did! Being first time home buyers Nitin made sure to walk us through every step of the process and easily explained everything to keep us informed and at ease. He listened to everything that was important to us in a home and took all of our concerns into account while we were looking for homes. The that viewing process he gave great suggestions along the way without pressure us in any decision making. He was great during the offer and negotiation period and something that really stood out was him immediately setting up a zoom call with us to go over our home inspection as soon as it was finished to break everything down with us and explain what everything meant. His knowledge of the area and the process stood out during the whole experience, but that is something that really calmed our post inspection nerves. Nitin was easily accessible during the whole process and was very prompt with responding to all texts/emails, setting up all viewings, and communicating with our lender and the seller. We couldn’t recommend him anymore to anyone needing to buy a home!

Nitin is amazing at what he does. I recently had the pleasure of working with him and as my agent, he really just checks off all the boxes for me. Nitin is really the best of the best. Its hard to find a more responsible, professional, knowledgeable real estate person in DFW area.He is the person who will try to save your hard money(based on sq ft on plot),not to waste your hard money. I never had to wait more than a few minutes for a response on any and all questions which is huge in such a fast-paced environment like home-buying process in DFW area(which is really tight in hot property).Although it was our first time buying, I cant imagine a smoother process. We knew effectively nothing about buying a home the first time we talked Nitin from his youtube channel ref, but we were able to buy house with in 2 days.Nitin knows every area in DFW by road. We asked him about various addresses weve seen online and whether he could fit our criteria, and he could instantly give us all the details (value in future, assessments, construction issues, school zone,traffic issue etc).He also had recommended contacts for everything else in the process (lender,design center tips,plot selection,floor plan selection, attorney, inspection inspector,even aftter closing work like tiles,kitchen,electricity and home security etc), which only made the process so much more seamless.I would recommond him to guys like me who is really more believe in online searching and no reference or no local circle, just ask from Nitin about your thought with no limit. He is more than pefrect for you.He would always advise you like close relative or friends to take decision on home purchase(in very detailed way) in US.

We had moved to Dallas area and were looking for a realtor who can guide us regarding pros and cons of a house and locality and make our selection process easier. We were new to Dallas area and were unfamiliar with it. We searched online and found lot of positive reviews about Nitin and took his help. The best thing about Nitin was his availability right from first day and through whole process. Any time we came up with a possible house option, Nitin was available any time at odd hours to tell us all about that option and provide his inputs. Even when we were very close to finalizing the deal he was helping us make decisions in a very timely fashion. His understanding of Dallas area is awesome and his connection with builders are awesome and this helped us explore a lot more options than what we have previously done with other realtors at our previous location where we lived. We were moving from California to Dallas area and looking for a good real estate agent, who is familiar with local real estate market. Initially, we interviewed 2 other agents. Both of them are not knowledgable and not very professional. My cousin recommended Mr.Nitin Gupta, .we contacted him. He was very prompt in reply.We are new to Dallas area.We are interested in new developments. He was patient and showed us multiple new developments in the area in short period. We noticed, he has good grip on local market.He also know many agents representing the builder.We finally decided in 2 homes, he helped to decide which home will suit our needs. As we are interested in New developments, there is not much negotiation on price, but he negotiated some builder incentives. He is with us until we close the home on 03/07/2024. After my divorce, I was nervous about the process of buying another home. Almost 17 years ago my ex-husband and I had a house built when I moved back into the state after years of renting through grad school and postdocs. So while I’m technically not a first time buyer, I shared a lack of experience in the process with one. (For example, I had no idea when I started that the seller pays the buyer’s agent commission.) I found Nitin through an advertisement with the university where I teach, and I’m so glad I did! Nitin started the process with an extensive questionnaire, which while a bit daunting at first set the stage for an overall easy and productive experience. I hadn’t worked with an agent before, and aside from window shopping houses online I had no real idea of what the process of buying an existing home would entail. Nitin made it easy. He made recommendations for everything from excellent lenders and appraisers to a handyman for after I move in. He was patient with my busy schedule, my preference for text communications, my uncertainty, and my many questions. Early in the process I thought he was sending me listings that were too big, but quite to the contrary those turned out to be the houses I liked best. One of those houses I liked had owners who had neglected maintenance, and bless Nitin for talking me out of making an offer on it! Due to my work assignment, I had to move from Minnesota to Texas and we were really worried about buying a new house on a very short notice. I asked my existing real estate agent in Minnesota to find an agent for me Texas. And she got us introduced to Nitin. Nitin exceeded our expectations and we ended up buying a dream house with his help and advice. We felt very lucky to have him as our agent.He has not only provided his professional advice but made everything so easy for us that we are still not able to believe that we have already bought the house without any surprises.During our first interaction, he provided all the details as what is the required process to buy a house in Texas and what are the different things we should consider to meet our buying goals.He was never pushy or making us rush to buy or close the deal.
