I am the first home buyer who did not have much experience about real estate. Being thankful to Niki, the buying process went very well and smoothly. For a first buyer like me, she is very knowledgeable to provide me a lot of good info of local areas, very patient to explain every detail and answer any questions I had, very professional to give me great advices. I truly appreciate her passion, diligence and honesty. It was very enjoyable time and I was very lucky and happy to have her as my realtor. We had to sell my parents house really fast. Niki was able to find someone to get us the price we wanted. She was able to get the house under contract within a couple of days. She also negotiated all fees be paid by the buyer!!! Convinced the buyer to buy the property for the exact amount that my parents wanted! She also saved us the 6% seller commission.My experience with Niki was amazing! Exactly what you hope would happen with your realtor. The bumps that we did hit she kept me informed every step of the way. Explained what options were best and advised me what would help me get to my end goal. Was very transparent with what was happening.Bottom line is she truly cares!!!

Niki Le is absolutely fabulous! We are grateful for her patience and expertise. To say she kept us in the loop would be an understatement. Her clear, consistent communication (any time of day or night) is second to none! She went the extra mile for us through every step of our home buying journey!!!UPDATE: Nikki also represented us for the sale of our home. She held two open houses and checked on the property regularly as the home was vacant. Her diligence paid off because we had a contract in about a week! Early in the morning or late at night, she was always available. The icing on the cake is that she never has a bad day. We appreciate working with such a knowledgeable, hardworking, positive agent!

Niki was truly exceptional, like 15 out of 10!!! As a bilingual person, fluent in Vietnamese, speaking with her always gave us a peace of mind. Niki Le - You are a godsend because we were wanting real estate but couldnt get the extra push to move forward with the current realtor we had for about 2 months looking with no results. Sometimes i think timing is everything and you came into our lives and everything fell into place for us. You took time to go thru a bit of homes whenever we called you and spoke to us on how to properly put in an offer on a home in this DFW market. (keeping in mind that this market is totally different than what it was 3 years ago) Even if the final decision we made was not what we thought we wanted initially. You stayed with us thru the whole process and even got down and dirty ‘literally messed up a couple pairs of shoes in the process’ to ensure we are where we are at today.Niki will work hard for you on your next home. So give her a call if you need anything in the DFW area. Her husband is a lender also and although we didnt go with him as a lender (due to incentives), but he didnt mind looking at our paperwork to ensure all ducks were in a row.Thank you so much again!
