Nicole is the absolute best realtor out there. Her combination of market knowledge and getting to know and understand her clients’ needs and wishes is unmatched. She listens, she adapts, and she negotiates for you. Nicole was perceptive and offered solid ideas throughout our home selling process. She made leaving the Heights even harder; we are sad we can’t have Nicole as our realtor in our new state!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Nicole Pepper. She was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. She was super knowledgeable, very patient, quick to respond to all of our many, many questions, and walked us through everything from start to finish. Truly a talented real estate agent and a wonderful person! She went above and beyond on multiple occasions (handling scheduling of inspectors and even meeting a repair person at our home because we were out of town). She’s very detail oriented and an exceptionally hard worker. She has an impressive ability to present the facts, numbers, comps, and offers in a boiled down, easy to understand way and provides her professional opinion and guidance but not in a pushy, high pressure way. Hands down will absolutely use Nicole again when we need a real estate agent in the future.

Even though my boyfriend and I were just renting, Nicole was excellent and guided us through the process during a really difficult time for renting. We were being outbid on rent and had low inventory, but Nicole helped us find the perfect place that met our needs and we paid for asking price. She communicated well with us and the other realtors, plus connected us to our new landlord. When our lease is up, we will definitely seek her guidance again whether we want to rent again or look at buying.

Nicole showed the first open house I attended. That changed my life. My requirements of address, locations, lay out, needs and wants were long, I even doubted myself. The order was tall, and didn’t match the pocket. What made it worse was, market was hot and unattained, by average buyer like me, interest rate was low and everyone was buying anything that looked like a home! Nicole was kind, understanding and at the same time, firm, she kept the boundaries tight, delivered flawless grace. We made it to finished line, something that I never thought possible, matched everything in my tall order. Thank you, Nicole! She deserves only the nicest of clients, she is such a sweetheart. All those, and with God’s Grace I’m thankful!
