Selling my house required the assistance of a professional. Having known Nicole personally and watched her study and come up through the real estate world, I knew she was the person to handle the task. After helping me with ideas for making the property ready to make a great first impression with buyers--both by providing a list and connecting me with professionals to handle stuff I couldnt DIY--we listed based on a thorough market evaluation and had multiple offers. She knowledgably and confidently walked me through the offers and got the property to closing very quickly. I had a practically turn-key experience and recommend contacting Nicole wholeheartedly.

Nicole was very helpful in finding the right house for me, she was also very kind and thoughtful of the requests that I had for my perfect home. Within a week of talking to Nicole she was able to find the perfect home for me and get me started with the buying process. She connected me with people who she knew would get me the help I needed and people who would also answer any questions I had: I am a fairly young home owner so the list of questions I had could have been made into a novel. I’ve owned the home for about a week now and I still thank Nicole, and everyone she helped me get in contact with, for making my first home buyer process smoother.

Nicole has really found my dream house. I am so happy and grateful that I met her. She is different from many realtors. Prior to meeting her I felt pressure from other realtors of getting a house I didn’t really want. Nicole takes her time in finding your ideal home. By answering her questionnaire she will find the exact style you are looking for. I am a first time home buyer and she really sat with me and answered all my questions. She even came to my studio design to help pick me pick out designs for the house. She has really been a blessing. I highly recommend anyone who is looking for home to seek Nicole, she is wonderful and a sweetheart❤️
