Nick Termini is one of the best realtors we have had the pleasure to work with. He is personable, knowledgeable, and professional. He knows how to market a home, using the latest technology and what is important to get your home seen. He is always readily available for all questions and concerns. He has amazing communication skills, always keeping us aware of what has transpired. We never had to wonder what occurred during a showing, we always understood the details of every offer, and we were never left wondering what was next or what options we had. We wouldnt hesitate to recommend him to everyone!

Can’t thank Nick enough for all that he did for us! Our house was on the market with a different agent for months and we were having a horrible experience. I worked with Nick Termini on the sale of my Rowlett home two years ago. When I decided to purchase a new construction home in Princeton TX (while living and working in Florida), I reached out to Nick to help me with the process. I had already decided on a floor plan I saw on Zillow, but then he went all extra by walking through various floor plans with video, in my chosen neighborhood, and sent them to me. He wanted to make sure I could see all my options as I was buying this house, sight-unseen. We agreed my chosen floor plan was the best! He showed up for the 3rd-party house inspection that I arranged, got me on a video call to talk through the findings with the inspector and then he walked me through the house again. I didnt see the house in person until 10 days ahead of closing, but I was confident in my choice because of Nick. He goes above and beyond, was my sounding board for all the decisions, and he treats me like I am his only client and I gotta say, I love that.

I have bought and sold multiple properties with Nick. I have worked with multiple other realtors over the years too, but all of my business now goes to Nick due to his attention to detail, following up to make sure us and the other parties are moving things along in the process, and not to mention his ability to always get me top dollar on the properties I have sold. I recommend him to anyone from someone looking to buy their first house to someone who buys and sells multiple properties a year.
