Outstanding Partner in Success. We worked with Niña remotely from another state and with a property tied up in probate court. We would not have been able to navigate all the details and contacts necessary to manage the preparation and sale. In the hot Texas heat the AC broke and weeks before the close we experienced a break in at the property. All of this she took in stride. We ended up closing quickly for for the asking price at the top of an uncertain market. Simply put, she knows everyone and everything.

Incredible agent! . Niña was so fabulous for us during the process. She was very easy to communicate with, and always on the ball when we asked for something or needed something. We love Niña! This was our first home buying experience and a friend referred us to Niña. Here’s what we loved about her. She took all the time necessary to explain things very well to us. She never made us feel like we were asking a dumb question or inconveniencing her. She is so kind and thoughtful and considerate throughout the entire buying experience and even after. We had an experience where the house had some issues and we needed to add some big contingencies in order to make the deal work. She fought hard for us and got us everything we asked for. She connected us with great service providers she trusted to take care of us. She was always easy to get in contact with, always communicated clearly, and always quick to respond. My husband feels the same way. When we were doing our final walkthrough of the home, she even offered to help watch our baby and toddler so we could take our time and focus. She genuinely cares about the families she helps. We were very fortunate to have such a positive first home buying experience and that was all thanks to Niña. We will look forward to using her for all of our future real estate needs. And we are thankful to have made a great new friend in her.
