As a first time homebuyer, there are a lot of things about the housing market and the house itself that I did not understand. Nathalia was very patient and pleasant to work with every step of the way and helped me to visualize the home Im looking for. She would also look out for me and ask the salesperson about some concerns that she had when I missed them in the conversation. It was unfortunate that we had a very unique salesperson throughout the home buying experience, but Ill leave it at that. The house itself is great! Im glad and really appreciate to have Nathalia as our realtor!

Since moving to the United States, purchasing a home has always been a dream of ours. When my husband and I met Nathalia one day, we started talking about the type of house wed like to have if we ever decided to buy one. Then that was it. We only had one informal conversation together. After some time, we welcomed our daughter. We switched jobs, and a lot of other things occurred in our lives that made it very challenging for us to apply for a house. As a result, we just continued on with our lives and leased apartments while we waited for the appropriate moment to apply.A little over 4 months ago. Natalia unexpectedly contacted me and said, Fer, I found it. Then I simply laughed out loud because I couldnt believe a property could have every feature my husband and I wanted in a single location. However, it only took us a few minutes of walking around the house before we fell in love with it. The same day we applied and we were pre- approved.With the entire process, it was a two-months emotional roller coaster, but Natalia was by our side at every step. Even when we only had a small query, she always picked up the phone and supported us!!On this journey, we never felt alone, and we are very grateful for everything she did! My wife and I recently purchased our first home with the aid of Nathalia and Cory Gullotta, and we recommend them highly. Our primary concerns were with the appearance, location, and price of the house; in each of these, the Gullottas were able to provide excellent advice. Of particular note:- Nathalia provided remote (video) tours of our top picks. This was especially beneficial for my wife, who values appearance more than I.- Cory provided estimates of what we would need to offer for each house that were fairly accurate (to within 5%, as I recall). This was vital to us, as we were operating under a strict budget based on our income and maximum down payment.- Both realtors provided advice regarding the state of the market, and what we could expect. This allowed us to reach good decisions regarding what offers to make and what to expect.- Both realtors made themselves available throughout the purchasing process, from when we first started looking through (and beyond) the closing. We had many questions, all of which were answered to our satisfaction.In short, Nathalia and Cory Gulotta were excellent realtors, and exactly what my wife and I needed to find our first home.
