We had a great experience and highly recommend working with Naomi!We were first time home buyers moving across the country- so we were very intimated by the entire process! Naomi was very professional and friendly as she helped us navigate the real estate space in Austin. We spent almost a year looking from the Midwest and making trips to Austin and Naomi never pressured or pushed us to a house that wasn’t “the one.” But finally over the summer, we were so excited to find a home that checked all of our boxes. When I started looking at homes, I was a bit intimidated about finding a real estate agent. I didnt want to feel rushed or pressured, especially in the current housing market. I was very motivated to buy my first home, but only if it met my requirements and the price was right. Naomi understood that from the start. She was there to serve as a resource, but did not pressure me in any way. I could tell that she was in it for the long run and that she would be there to help me purchase a home whether it was next month or next year. This made me feel much more at ease.For the first couple of months, I was browsing homes online but not yet ready to start doing tours. Naomi checked in from week to week just to see how I was doing and if I needed anything, but never pushed me to see properties. When I finally felt ready to take the plunge, Naomi took me to see four homes that I had picked out myself from browsing online. After viewing those four, Naomi asked if Id like to see another home just down the road. I had seen the listing online and wasnt too interested based on the photos Id seen, but Naomi convinced me to just take a look since it met a lot of my requirements. I decided to trust her and check it out. After viewing that property, the answer was clear: this would be my new home! Naomi was with me every step of the way. She put in an offer that same night and was able to negotiate a great deal with the seller. There were some hurdles along the road to closing, but Naomi was always one step ahead and did the impossible to get things done.It is has been about 10 days since Ive closed but Naomi is still around! She stopped by a few days after closing to give me a very thoughtful gift to celebrate becoming a first time homeowner. She even offered some advice and recommendations for some repairs that Id like to make.And to think that the home I am living in today wasnt even on my list! Im so glad that I had Naomi to guide me through the homebuying process. -

My experience working with Naomi was nothing short of AMAZING. As a first time homebuyer, this endeavor was quite intimidating, but Naomi made the process stress free!When I first reached out to Naomi, the market was very competitive and I realized that I wasn’t quite ready to buy. She was not pushy and assured me that she is here to help whenever I am ready to jump into the market. A few months later, I reached back out to her as I was finally ready to start the process. I had a very ambitious timeline to close in 1 month. Keep in mind, this was in December, so it was during the holidays. Even so, Naomi was very flexible and available to me! She went above and beyond to help me find a house and moved the process along very quickly. I reached out to her on a Friday, we spent the weekend narrowing down listings and by Monday, we started touring the houses! I didn’t want to spend too much time touring, so we packed all my favorite properties into two days of tours. On the first day, we toured over 10 properties. Because Naomi understood my style, she was spot-on in selecting houses that I would actually like. We found my current home on the first day of tours! She was very honest about her thoughts on each house and didn’t push me to buy anything I wouldn’t like. I felt that she really understood what I was going for and even pointed out things that I may not like about some of the houses. I appreciated her honesty and felt that she sincerely wanted to help me find the perfect home for me. After the two days of touring, I was ready to put in an offer! We spent that Wednesday discussing the terms of the offer and she explained the process to me. She is very knowledgable about real estate and answered all my questions and concerns. On Thursday, She drafted the paperwork, walked me through the contract and we put in the offer! By Friday, our offer had been accepted and we were talking next steps! Naomi was diligent and moved the process along meticulously until closing day. She stayed on top of things every step of the way and never once dropped-the-ball.Closing day finally arrived and everything went smoothly! I got the keys to my new home and I am in love with it! It has only been 3 weeks and I have already put Naomi in touch with my sister who is on the market for a new house. She has already started the process of helping her find her first home too! I have also connected Naomi with a close friend of mine, who will be looking for a house soon. I still reach out Naomi with questions about my house, advice on home ownership, and decorating ideas! I am happy to call her my friend!I would highly recommend reaching out to Naomi if you are on the market for a new house. She is a phenomenal real estate agent and you will not regret it! -
