When my wife and I found out we were expecting, we knew wed need a bigger home to fit our growing family. Nancy Marie was incredible throughout the entire process. She took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for, listened to our needs, and considered what would work best for us long-term.At one point, she recommended a house that, honestly, didn’t excite me at first. But she insisted we check it out in person, and I’m so glad we did—it turned out to be the perfect home for us. Seeing it in person completely changed our perspective, and she knew that by showing us in person we would fall in love and we did!To top it off, after we closed, we were thrilled to learn the home appraised $35,000 above what we paid! Nancy-Marie came highly recommended to me for buying a new home. Don’t let her youthful looks fool you, she comes with a good deal of experience. Her patience in working with me though my sea of questions and lack of experience as a buyer was quite noteworthy. The sale of the home I purchased went very quickly, and she was on every turn and angle without missing a beat. Her professionalism stood out, even in the face of incompetence from the seller’s agent. She was well-connected to options for mortgage lenders, various appraisers, and referrals for home repair, making the process of closing and moving in fast and easy. She went above and beyond the call of duty to find the right home, for the right price, in a preferred neighborhood, during a time that real estate was getting snatched up at the drop of a hat. She negotiated closing costs and repairs of what was realistic and reasonable for the market, and helped me manage my own expectations…which were quite a bit loftier than what the seller’s market allowed, or perhaps what was anticipated from home buying, in general. Her care and kindness showed through time and again, and she never lost hope that we could find just the right home, even when my hope started to dwindle.
