I know Nancy through a recommendation from a good friend when attempting to buy a home in this competitive market.. Nancy is a TOP Notch Realtor and a great asset to have when going up negotiating with the likes of builders (Lennar, Starlight, KB and etc) in Austin and outside Austin. Because of her I got a low interest rate negotiated, closing cost covered by the builder. ALL benefits and security I was worried about as a first time home buyer, she was top of them item by item.
