Purchasing your first home is a daunting experience, but Nancy was a steady and supportive hand through the whole journey. Working with Nancy as our real estate agent really hit that sweet spot of competence and emotional awareness. She knew when we were feeling apprehensive and she helped us feel confident in our choices and she also knew when to guide us in another direction to keep us from overthinking it. There are so many details that one could fixate on and Nancy could sense exactly what was happening in our minds . I could tell that she had so much experience helping people buy a home that she understood what an emotional journey it could be. She was kind and smart, two qualities that kept us on the right track. I also knew that she was a great negotiator and felt super confident that we got a great deal because of her. We love our new house and are so grateful that we had her with us every step of the way. She made herself so available to get the deal done. Can’t recommend her highly enough!

Nancy was a pleasure to work with and a valuable resource throughout the entire home-buying process. She has a keen understanding of the property values and was familiar with the general location of the properties. When making offers, she communicates well with the seller agents and always negotiates terms with our best interests in mind. Once our contract was accepted, Nancy was of great help in communicating with different parties during the contract period to make this process as smooth and clear for us as possible. She also has great connections to other necessary parties involved with buying and moving into a home (e.g. lender, home inspector, contractor).We especially appreciated Nancy’s flexibility during this entire home-buying process since we were moving in from out of town — she helped arrange many virtual showings for us and helped us make the most of our weekend in-person home-touring visits. She always responded promptly to our questions and requests, and provided us timely reminders and great advice.Above all, Nancy is a genuine person who has her clients’ best interests at heart. A great communicator and a great realtor!
