Reliable Trustworthy and gets the job done!Nancy was a godsend to me. I was in a very dark and dramatic situation with a neighbor and I had no choice but to move.Single mom, I was full of anxiety and fear over the whole thing. She was so patient with me. Every time I sent her a listing I wanted to view, she had me in there the same day.She payed attention to my likes and dislikes as I was so overwhelmed and found the perfect home that checked all the boxes at an amazing price.She jumped on it and worked her magic with the listing agent WELL.One of the scariest decisions I ever made has turned out to be the BEST decision I have ever made. The hardest part of having Nancy Davis as my Realtor was finding more words and ways to say thank you on a daily basis.What Nancy’s talents, dedication, and tireless commitment to ensuring my first home for my family was absolutely perfection. She matched our energy and was as flexible as a person can be getting back to us immediately every day, multiple times and in the midst of having her own life.We did as much homework that you can do for first time homebuyers to prepare for the rollercoaster ride called buying a home.Called and attempted to speak to several agents to get details and quotes and the ONLY person who had the time and patience to set up a sit down interview, Nancy Davis.When our first lender was faulting in communication and potentially the reason we didn’t get accepted on our first 2 offers, Nancy suggested transitioning a local lender to show the seller a more trusting offer and within 2 days we had everything set up and had an even better deal than what my previous lender could offer.When the first home we attempted to put an offer was sold Nancy helped us bounce back and press on, weeks later the second house we got out bid, Nancy had changed her approach and advised us to do the same, few weeks later the third home was out bid, Nancy without a doubt in her voice said to us the right house hasn’t come along yet, and naturally we started to fall down a path of feeling lost, frustrated, and defeated.
